How it works

Abri and Housing Solutions are working together to provide homes for existing tenants who wish to move across the scheme. Abri also offers sheltered properties for out of area residents who wish to move into sheltered housing.

If you are an existing tenant interested in moving, you need to register so we can determine your housing need and check if you are eligible for a transfer.
Available homes to rent are advertised on this website. You can see what properties are available and ‘bid’ to tell us which ones you like. Once the bidding cycle for a property has finished, all bidders will then be shortlisted in order of band priority and date that priority was received.

The housing provider then decides who to offer the property to, based upon your  landlord's allocations policy.  They will contact the successful applicant, check they still qualify, and discuss the offer of accommodation.
